Digestion

Have you wondered why your grandmother's ginger and peppermint tea helped your tummy aches?  They contain ziniberene and menthol to assist with digestive concerns.  Many essential oils are useful for many different digestive concerns.

Fatigue

Various essential oils contain citral, linalool, and linalyl acetate, which are some components to aid in sleep and relaxation.  Being well-rested helps combat fatigue.  Need an energy boost?  Look for oils rich in monoterpenes, like a citrus essential oil.

Immune Support

Overall good health is key to a strong immune system.  But there are some essential oils that have been supportive, containing certain phenols, oxides, monoterpenes, and monoterpenols.  Find a good blend for your needs!

Allergy Support

Allergies are everywhere and there are many symptoms to make your life difficult.  There are essential oils that can support the immune system, open airways to clear mucus, and reduce inflammation.  Using natural cleaning products can assist your body in reducing its response to allergens.

Healthy Skin

Whether you have skin irritations or want healthy glowing skin, there's an oil for that!  Essential oils rich in monoterpenols and sesquiterpenols are great for inflammation, skin soothing, and rejuvination.

Stress

Stress is a daily part of life, but there are essential oils to help you feel relaxed and able to cope with your stress.  Using oils rich in monoterpenes and monoterpenols is a good way to start feeling less anxiety.
